I’m still sitting on the fence. I’m not sure if I want to give up four decks just for several sample decks.
I’ll probably eventually upgrade to 2.x but for now 1.x does everything I need it to.

Is that for Covering Your Controller when you are not using it; because that is what I do 😉You got it. That’s exactly what it’s for. 😀

Have to agree there. That was one of the things I loved about the early rave scene. I used to know a DJ who used to do a live vinyl mashup of Valley of the Shadows and Papa Don’t Preach, which sounded amazing.

MemberIf you want really portable but still with the usual controls then how about something like this?
Lew
MemberOf course. Bear in mind though, that my mapping will probably be quite minimal, not much more than the default mapping. There’s only a few things I want to re-map, plus a few LED changes.

Working on Part 2.
Downloading…
I just love classic hardcore/rave. I’m sure I’ll be downloading any future mixes as well. 😀

MemberYup. I would have posted a link as well had I realised that they didn’t tag the comic. Usually most webcomics have at least the name as part of the image.

MemberThose were the days when programmers had to code efficiently rather than just expecting people to upgrade their memory/CPU/graphics card etc. When games had to fit in 512KB or less RAM there was no room for bloat.

MemberSearch Beatport for “acapella” or browse the “DJ Tools” genre. You’ll find more acapellas than you can handle. 🙂

Not bad for the price. Quite comfortable and quite deep bass. I use them for listening to my iPod as well as DJ-ing so that’s a good thing.
