The full version of Virtual DJ will be mappable to the Mixage, the beatmix can be mapped to Traktor as it’s a Midi controller but you’ll probably have to do it yourself with such a new controller. They both connect to the laptop in the same way, and both have built-in soundcards so no need for separate interfaces. We haven’t reviewed the Beatmix yet so can’t give you an opinion, but a good choice in this price bracket is the Mixtrack Pro, so consider that too.
