Hi Echo, not sure why you get these quote boxes. They make your text pretty unreadable imho. Tried to get rid of them for you, but they don’t show up in edit mode.
Is there anything you try to do, use any of the b-quote button or something? If not I will have to have the web team look into it.

Stems don’t require a special version of Traktor to work I think, just the latest version.
There are many ways to mix and match controllers. Clearly mapping and drivers come into play. Sure some of our other readers can help you out there.
