    On the frontplate of the unit beside the headphone port there is a CUE VOLUME and CUE MIX knob. If the master is too loud then I suggest turning the CUE MIX dial down and if the CUE is too low then turn the CUE Volume up.
    If this does not work, then probably the knobs are faulty and need service.

    its probably knobs faulty, i guess i need to service mixer.
