Use something like this:

Get a small TRS to large converter and plug into one line of the PA mixer. Now it will be mono, but better than nothing.
Or you get a similar cable (or iPod line RCA cable) put 2 RCA to big TRS converters on it and put it into 2 input lines of the powermixer.

anothing option is if you are connecting your board with rca cables is this

then you just get a Digital to rca cable for your iphone and you are good to go
