RekordBox is available to everyone. You do have to register though, I think.

Just wanted to learn some djying technics so thats the reason why i wanted free software to install in my laptop

You cannot learn DJ techniques by only using a laptop. In order to learn using tools, you need the tools to do so.

Both Mixvibes Cross and Virtual DJ allow you to download free version I think that you can use WITHOUT a controller. Actually you can’t use them WITH a controller.

Might want to check those out.
