    Keymaster

Honestly 2 things you need to know:
1st really get that masters degree.
I was stupid enough to quite my study and DJ around Europe when I was young. When my semi-fame faded and I was getting less and less money (well it was OK to live with, but not if you want that fancy car) I had to DJ and finish my masters in parallel and that were the toughest 4 years of my life. No sleep, constantly out of money, living in a shoebox or the cheapest hotel you can find when going on a gig to save money for study things… IT SUCKED.
Of course this is void if you get really famous and earn tons of money, but odds are against you.

    2nd: what masters degree
It does not really matter. If you choose something you like and love, then you will be good at it. In the working world it is less chance and good luck (like in the music industry), but more hard work and being good at something. It does not really matter if you have a masters in natural science, aeronautics, navionics, languages, etc. as long as you are good at what you are doing. Except for some majors (archeology) the unemployment rate in the US and the EU of academics with a masters degree is very low.
I have a masters in marketing and I have traveled the world also with this degree, I now work in a small IT company (well over 100 employees) and am the head of about 20 people. So things do work out… and I still have fun at work, because I do what I like and I still love making music and DJing…
