    The adaptor provided is auto switching, I got mine from us and it works in singapore.

    Do you have speakers connected to your master rca? Make sure the master level knob is turn on. Press the pfl button next to the pc/line selector (red light should show) to preview in your earphones. Make sure the headphones volume is turn up, blend set to cue. You can try to change the deck a and deck b crossfader assign to center, then the crossfader will not work.

    I actually bought it from amazon, not from my country (too expensive locally). I tried to email numark, see if they have any solutions to that. The good thing is bass kills work, just only not fluid when turning deck 1 bass knob to min or to centre.

    Hi, i took out the knob and tried turning the metal stick (not sure that it is called) to min, it feels grindy. Nothing to do with the casing.
