I happen to love iTunes (Mac), but that’s one of the benefits of being a Serato guy.

Also, there is a program (not free) for Macs (Media Rage) that I bought that is a media monkey equivalent.
It can batch re-write all your file names to “Artist ### – Track ###” from the iD3 tags etc…

You can’t compare the highest End CDJ and Mixer setups to the lowest end controller though…

No. Unfortunately, there is no upgrade path between DJ Intro, Itch, and Scratch Live at the moment.

Mountain Lion is currently “not supported” by Serato Scratch-Live, Itch and DJ Intro. Not to say that it won’t work, but they clearly wanted to make this known as they posted it on FB earlier.

My KRK Rokit 5s I got from http://www.ProAudioStar.com came with free monitor stands.
I can’t comment on the price, but the quality are great. The manufacturer is “On-stage”

Hesseldunk. I’m really digging your layout, but I would change one thing. There is too much “TEXT” just floating on the background/wallpaper. I would make a box/banner of some sort at the top right above the navigation line. This would allow you to more clearly outline your name/logo contact info.
