ParticipantGreat Points. I don’t know about them dropping a MkII..
but this does go to show you what the markup is on things if they can afford to sell it @ that price point and still make money. I assure you they are not losing money selling them @ the sale price.

Participant90% People watching grammys – What’s with the guy in the Micky Mouse helmet? DeadMau5?
100% of those people the next day “Let me google deadmau5” “Oh its dead mouse not dead-mall-5”
=EDM awareness. Fine by me

ParticipantI’ve lucked out with some very “clean” but not Studio acapellas here…

ParticipantCan’t you pop all the knobs faders off to make it easier to clean the surface?
I know they sell replacement knob/fader kits so they can’t be that difficult to remove and reinstall…Just a thought.

Just look at Gbadegesin’s avatar…there is the diagram right there to hook it up. Red and White output in the back of your Mixtrack….red to one speaker white to the other if they are “active” and don’t require an amplifier.

ParticipantGerdB is referencing “online backup methods” in that thread which is great.
There are more “local” alternatives that will help you as well.I personally just have itunes pull all of my music from one folder (no subfolders) that I back up to an external harddrive once a week.
This is simple, but works for me.

ParticipantCan’t go wrong with a Mixtrack Pro.

ParticipantI’m out of money, but will eventually provide some snap shots once I pick them up.

ParticipantCan you do a little mini gig log? I’d love to see your setup and some pre-during-post pics of the venue.

Sounds like a plan….roadtrip…you aren’t going anywhere now listen. Haha

ParticipantOkay I just watched the video and now I understand what you are referencing as “wobble”
Is the “center stage” sold as a completely differnt stand or just a replacement part for the base?
VinnyBlanc
Participant**Disregard the below post** Eros and I were referencing 2 different things
————————————————————————————————-
Just to clarify. There is NO wobble when sliding it directly under a mixer,CDJ or any other piece of equipment. What I think you meant to say is this is an alternative to the Crane Stand for people who have their setup in a coffin (with the lid stacked) and are trying to shim the bottom of the crane stand between the two.
