    And why the devil not? I do, &almost everyone i know does.
    There are very few i know who will not plan a set for a night and wing it.. But that said the few who do wing it have played some blinding sets

    Easiest way to mapVDJ
    Click Learn key.. and press or twiddle whatever key or knob you want to alter..
    Click learn action and mouse click on the GUI skin on whatever action you want that key to do… 😉

    When i saw the sellers name i got a bit excited that it might be Giorgio Moroder until i saw the address was in Belgium. So he’s probably just a Fanboi then lol

    (For those who dont know who he is, Giorio Moroder is a MASSIVE influence on dance music, and you WILL have heard his work without even realising it)

    🙂 I have just started my mate off on VDJ with laptop only, Eros..
    He’s a Vinylist so knew the script with mixing , so a few hours using only instant messaging ( I was at work lol 😳 ) and he was away

    When he was last here he was talking of selling his Vinyl and going Digital, so i thought id give him the push..
    I told him to get conversant and adept at laptop DJing and said we would move on to talking about controllers once he gets the hang of it

    ^^^^ It’s ok, as you get older all that rubbish leaves your system!
    As i kid i was passionate about it – heavy rock started getting played on BBC radio 1 on a friday night so i got in to the Electro thing that came in from the States in the early to mid 80’s till that went sour.
    The second summer of love came around, and sure as eggs are eggs Radio 1 started playing EDM at Prime time with Oakenfold and such, with live broadcasts from “Eyebeezah” – Spare me, please…

    So i found HedKandi…

    Now music is just music, and i couldn’t care less if what i like is mainstream or not 😀

    But if you listen to my Cloudcasts i’m sure you’ll notice it mainly ain’t mainstream.. 😉

    Its the ASIO drivers that, mate.. something is conflicting with them. 🙁

    Recording in Audacity, go to:
    Edit
    preferences or Ctrl +P
    Devices -at the top -and select whatever your souncard Line In
    Then select recording and uncheck the top 2 boxes and set the quality you desire in the next settings
