Even at the old warehouse days of the the late 80’s early 90’s we’d get drunks rocking up… we called ’em plastics, plastic heads or plastic ravers

Absolutely… i think it goes with our territory to be honest, we do this because we love music…
One of the reasons i started was because of some of the points raised above.. pub dj’s getting paid for playing trash with crassly inappropriate settings ruining the sound
Me too, i dunno why, its a legitimate question and the answer could possibly get an ipod / iphone user out of jail during a laptop or controller crash.
Or for that matter a CDJ failure or stylus / headshell failure
Hmmm i used to get good results with a £400 Presario, have you tried altering record and playback devices in preferences? It took some fiddling but i managed?
Face book is just for real mates and riding buddies as far as i’m concerned, with the odd DJ or musician who are mates of mates so i still sort of know ’em well enough to hold a conversation with if i meet em on a night out..
