Wow, nice in depth post Toto! You are a dedicated user and it’s awesome to connect with users like yourself. Looks like your organization skills are far superior than mine. I keep all of my music on one laptop as well but instead I like to separate my “listening” and “club” music into two separate Itunes libraries. This isn’t related to Automator but for anyone who didn’t know; If you hold the “alt” key while opening Itunes you can create a new library. If your using the import Itunes library feature in Serato, Serato will load the most recent library you were viewing last.

    Hi Charlie,

I have used and explored many different DAW’s in my past including Acid Pro, Logic, Pro Tools, Cubase, and more. After dishing out a fair deal of dollars I have resulted to using a completely free version of Ableton Live. It is simply the most user friendly DAW in my opinion and there is a sh!t load of free tutorials and content out there to get you started. You can download a full version demo off the Ableton website and it’s viable for 30 days. Once the 30 days are up, simply sign up again.

    Cheers,
    Trekk
