    Hi Djd,

    Thank you for this.
    Liking tube and berger also.

I need to focus on work for a few hours and not constantly buying music!

Just listened to the top 10 deep house tracks on beatport and none have vocals such as CK. Do vocals simply depend on the producer or is that a different genre (excuse the lack of knowledge)?

In Europe in the bigger clubs, I think that standard equipment is Piorneer CDJ2000’s unless someone here says otherwise although I imagine DDJ’s if there is such a thing.

My reason is to make my own mixes and then play private parties for fun. Would be good experience to play in a club but not my motive.

Thanks. I’ve been looking at the Traktor S4. Do alot of clubs still use CDJ2000’s and if so, how did you find the transition from Traktor to the Pioneers? There are a million questions in my head but Phil’s course is helping alot.

    Sounds like a plan?
What kit are you using? I’m just using virtual dj at the moment as I only decided to take a look on Sunday.

    Hi DJM,
Thank you for your response, which helps alot.
I’ll take a look at beatport and also itunes-slacker.
CK are under a new label now and so will check out the other producers on that label too.
    Cheers,
