Thank you so much Todd and deathy. I’m going to try what you say, and will get back to you. Thanks again.

Dear members, thank you all for your comments and advice. Todd, I didn’t express myself very well. I meant to say that my tunes are arranged in a library in iTunes, and I select that library in VDJ. I hope that makes sense. Hilary, I tried what you suggested. I selected: get cues from tags > always. However, that didn’t seem to work. When I use my previous VDJ LE, the cue points are there, but when I use VDJ 8 they aren’t there. Todd, would you have any suggestions? Thanks again. Tony

Dear members, thank you all for your very valuable comments and advice. Much appreciated. Henry and Michael, do you think two L1 compacts would be sufficient for a crowd of up to 150, or would you say 100 is about the limit? Kind regards, Tony.

Thanks, Frosh. I’m using Virtual DJ LE. It would have been good if there was a user manual for the controller. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’ve got the headphones in the headphones output of the controller and the speakers in the booth output. Pressing the cue button abover the fader doesn’t appear to make any difference.

The file extension is “.m4p”. It would be great if anyone could help me on this one.

Thanks for your reply, Todd. I don’t know how that came about, as I downloaded them as songs from iTunes and have been playing them on iTunes.
