    I am in a similar situation to you.

    Im thinking about an s2 but worried, like you are that its not much of an upgrade from the mixtrack. However I think because of its good build quality and reliability and extra features then the mixtrack on the s2, albeit not that many, I could get a good few years use before I feel I need to upgrade. Also with the offer on at the moment, its hard to turn down.

    Im not sure I want 4 decks to DJ with which would make the s4 not really worth the money for me.

    Like previously suggested I would think about getting the Kontrol F1 or something similar to increase your options.

    Thanks for your reply,

    yeah I have tried different varieties of the name, most are taken, and I would rather avoid using numbers instead of letters etc.

    I know then name isnt that important at this stage, its more about how good you are. It just so I can upload mixes etc under a name and i have had a few people asking to hear some mixes but I don’t have anywhere to direct them.

    Go onto preferences, click mix recorder and change it from external to internal.

    Thanks, not sure how I missed that.

    I have it so the sync button when pressed turns the filters on but is it possible for when the filters are turned off for the buttons to return to their original function?

    Also the button that is mapped to switch on and off the filter knobs doesnt light up when selected and when i try and map it as an output the button isnt listed?

    Thanks, thats really helpful

    With the pitch faders, it changes by about .17 bmp with each adjustment, not by .01, therefore impossible to get 2 exact BMP’s

    Is there a way around this?
