    I downloaded Mixxx from the App Store thinking it was a program to make remixes/mashups with rather than a DJ software (I thought it was more along the lines of Jamglue, does anyone remember that site?)

    You could say I was accidentally introduced to the world of DJing, but I’ve been hooked ever since.

    The Reloop definitely looks nice, but it’s sadly out of my price range.

    I realize the software is the most important thing to consider, which is another big reason why I’m leaning towards the RMX2. It comes with VDJ LE in addition to the in-house Hercules DJUCED software which, while I’ve heard it’s not the greatest, is full-featured and would give me the features I’m missing in VDJ LE until I upgrade to VDJ Pro.

    I consider a “professional DJ” as someone who uses DJing as their main source of income.
