I don’t worry about harmonic mixing during break-downs in the song or if you hear just percussions. The key doesn’t really matter when you hear just drums.

My buddy and I use a 2 channel mixer and two S4s. And the mixer goes out to our monitors. Works for us.

I think Phil teaches the same technique of putting 2 to 3 songs together in his courses. I find it useful. I like how you gone the next step further in programming a set this way too. Very cool. It keeps it interesting and creative for sure.

I have friends with varied musical tastes and lifestyles. So going to clubs is not top of their minds. I do prefer to go alone. I get to check different clubs and DJs as I wish without worrying if my friends are bored. Plus you get to meet new people and learn what they like about the music being played. And share a few shots of course 😉

LOL exactly!!! What I call B&B … “boobs & booze” music. The ladies love it and have a great time.
