    Manual? What manual? I’m sure there is a digital one buried in there but I prefer a real one and it wasn’t included. TraktorBible isn’t even sold in my country but I’m trying to find one. Thanks for your help.

    I actually started with a s4 6 months ago and I’m kind of wishing that I was using modular controllers now. The s4 has everything you could want but something about the ergonomics of the modular stuff seems better as well as the layout of things being vertical is cool.

    I’m totally new at this stuff so don’t be rough on me guys, but I recently downloaded and started playing with touchosc on my ipad and iphone and for like $3 you can add so many controllers. I can’t talk about lag or actually performance reliability. But since most people already own a smart phone I’d recommend playing with that and mapping some effects yourself.

    I’m waiting for some b-boy to mix well he pops. Days are getting crazy.

    Thanks for the reply.
    Confused on one point, can I assign a new function to the a key on the macbook running traktor? So for example assign the drama sweep to the “s” key?

    I guess I should add that I’m using a new Macbook air and as far as software just the traktor pro has been installed so the system should be fine.

    Not sure what you mean by usb driver. Is it provided by traktor or are you talking about a driver from mac?

    Whoops this is embarrassing, figured it out. In group mode assign delay to the first effect and simple don’t use it so when I turn off group mode it’s still the effect in single mode. Thanks.

    After some more research I think I’m going to go for a pair of alto 10 inch TS110 A and some stands and a mixer thrown in. Any thoughts?

    Sorry poor explanation. On the Ipad version of Traktor the beat grid highlights the first beat of a bar brighter than the other beats so it’s super easy to count your phrases. I have the beat grid turned on but they are all the same brightness on my mac. Thanks

    There are still chances at large forums just outside of Tokyo which are not subject to the same laws.

    Thanks. Yes sadly most of the clubs have closed. They always operated in a grey zone, for some reason they are bunched in with brothels according to the laws and the police were forced to start enforcing the laws. Some still operate but it’s risky for the owners, even DJs have been arrested for spinning past 12.
