    Most def i think people would go OFF but would cut it at about the 2.40 or 2.50 mark jump back and mix in a banger and then do the Jesus pose ive seen dj’s do lol

    Thanks guys, boosting confidence already 😉 well going to put my best foot forward, get the nose to the grindstone and
    “JUST DO IT” lol one thing though i’ve rigged up the lighting and everything myself(as it was installed piss poor) hoping that good lighting effects, smoke ect. would had to my side of the show. frost you are 100% about programming and i am loving culprate so any other heads up would appreciated. obviously not right now as your fingers need time to recover from that essay lol. Thanks Guys!

    i personally don’t use them…….. well maybe once in a night i will throw a backspin to get me out of a song or genre

    I’ve done that before just took the same song and droped it in when I felt the break was long enough, don’t really set que points even though I know I should. Or tease them with a break with the next song.

    Only a pleasure bud, been in that situation before, and left to fail lol will be sorting through some of my dubstep later will update if I find more, I’m in the search for hard hitting floor fillers for my first dubstep party

    turn up and play i usually jump genre’s at the beginning to way up if i was right about what the people would like once i see a reaction i plan ahead from there if you plan your sets then may as well mix it at home pop it on a cd and just go play the cd in my opinion. practice is needed but not song for song

    hey man glad to see another south african, even if your a far way from home lol. I’m from port elizabeth and play at new asia lounge. not the biggest venue but I’m happy there so it works for me

    why not play some of the older popular tracks as familiarity would tend to fill the floor up earlier? just a thought
