I have my cable and it works perfect! Not sure if they have one for windows yet though. Try emailing them. It took weeks for them to come back to me….

Ok thanks, I managed to map it to a button instead. Way easier by the sounds of to. Cheers!

Adding the second beat marker resets the phase from that point onwards so for this track it works 🙂

I meant. I placed a 2nd beatmarker at this point and it corrected the grid for the remaining part of the track. Everyone is saying Traktor can’t do this so am i missing something here?

Can i upload a screen shot?

So me adding the 2nd beat marker was the right thing to do to make this work?

I don’t know enough but Traktor or Serato. I chose Traktor as i have an IDJ Pro and i new it had been mapped, I just can’t afford a new controller.

All my music is new Trance from Juno. I know there will be the odd track thats an issue and I’m fine with that as i have taken the time to beatmatch by ear.

Even this track doesnt seem to be a problem, i just wanted to see if i was doing it right. For what ever the reason, this tracks beatgrid drifts only after the build up. When the first beat kicks back in, i have placed another beat marker and it has corrected the remaining part of the track so i guess, all is good?!

Ok thanks. But I’m still confused. The beatgrid is fine up till the downbeat kicks back in after the build up. It seem to me the reason it’s out is because the position of the downbeat has changed? So I added a 2nd beatmarker and it’s lined the grid up for the remaining part of the track.

    Am I making sense?

Its defo not a hot cue, it’s grid marker (Number 2. i just checked)

I did mess with the BPM but it didn’t work though out the track

Thanks for your help Phil. I heard back from him this morning too. I’ve now ordered the cable. Looking forward to giving it a try 🙂
