I believe they are the glue that underpin all the videos and training you and Steve do. I see the 4 of you as the face of DDJT.

I’m sure there are many more un-sung heros behind the scenes at DDJT.

Thank you to all of you.

    As an addon question?

If the gear went into the water – How far away do have to be to not be electrocuted?

Just linked my Podomatic Podcasts to ITunes – can’t wait to see how they look there 🙂

    I post to:

    DDJT
    Soundcloud
    Podomatic
    Mixcloud
    House-mixes.com

Guess i’m putting my mixes together so they are uploadable to all without the need to be site specific.

You’ve given me some good food for thought here.

I’m gonna give this some time see what occurs…. 🙂

    Wow – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdG89YMLwQ8

For me on a somewhat smaller scale – I needed something rinse & repeatable.

You can ask a friend for a favour once – every month gets a bit much.

Sadly, i’m not a producer nor do I have those skills. I could challenge you every month, but pretty sure you’ll tire 🙂

What could someone like me who has no production skills do that would improve my intros?

I have audacity installed and a basic understanding of that DAW.

    Hi m8

I have to agree with you about the DJ drop at the begining. But that is done to avoid Soundcloud’s automatic algorithm that automatically checks the first 10-15 secs of every upload to Soundcloud. They use a Shazam type program and if they detect copyright material they pull your mix. 😉

The track list is fully listed on my Soundcloud page – all there for you mate.

I’ve also gone back in time and uploaded full track listings for all my mixes 🙂

Glad you like them – what is your location in France?

If you use Traktor – it store your play history every time.

It records it by date and time. (Although the time and date is the time and date you shut down Traktor – whatch out for that one)

    🙂

Not sure what your trying to link to but when I link my recent mixes I simply copy and paste the Soundcloud URL where my mix is and the website does the rest – I do nothing special.

I think you’ll be ok – let’s face it, if I saw a flyer saying Zidane was DJ’ing tonight i’m pretty sure I wouldn’t expect to see that footballer behind the decks 🙂

It sounds as thou you are a fan of him.

Not sure on the legal stuff but you could use it in a kind of honor way like: (Let’s assume your real name is Paul Smith.

    Thank you, helpful as always.

I’m using an Allen & Heath Xone 22 mixer which has:

    Cue/Master button

    &

Cue Dial Knob – which pans between Ch1 & Ch2

My headphones has a Mono/Stereo switch – but i’m not sure it’s doing what you mention.

I need to do much more practise – i’m finding it tricky!
