    Cheers guys good idea with the youtube thing nice one! i got some nice nu disco that i mix personally so maybe i’ll use some of those too…

    I’m learning ableton at the moment so i will keep a check and add any little handy shortcuts etc that i come across that may be of help to other new producers.

    i want to be able to cut pieces of music apart and edit mixes by adding loops and effects to already made mixes ie remixes of mixes etc…

    Cheers guys yes there are some shisha bars i’m gonna check out see if i can get a deep house evening somewhere…..thanx for the advice…..i did have another question……when your mixing deep house do you mainly do long blends……that is what i have been doing when practicing as the tunes just go so well together you can blend for ever……just wondered if could any tips or things i can do to get ahead on mixing deep house……i’ve looked online but there’s no videos on deep house dj’s…….

    Any advice much appreciated

    Yeh got it cheers papa bear….makes sense yep you can just move the tempo fader anyway…..still learning to beatmatch not too bad getting better…..just for some mixes i use synch when the bpms are close together for speed…..i only mess around at home at the moment never played out and wouldn’t mind if i didn’t just love the music!!

    Thanks guys yes i’m using traktor 2.5 with a kontrol s2…..the tempo range is on 8% but i put it up to 25% made no difference as soon as you touch the tempo fader the track jumps to where it should be which doesn’t sound great……i tried turning synch off once the track starts but it still does the same thing….any ideas? I did try what you said Steelo but can’t quite fig out what you mean….
