HELL YES!! AWESOME transition into Optimus Prime, happens to be one of my favorites too, hopin the mix starts to pick up from here
Great next song choice! Haven’t heard this one either, but a great choice. Started it just a bit too early I think tho, I could hear it q’ing up but when it dropped in in full it worked really well
Great transition again! Side note, I heard this song in the hour long mix of a Circus Presents album but never knew it was the Flux Pavillion remix. So thanks for teaching me something! Great song btw haha. Really liking the direction this mix is going!
Bit of a rough transition into Warriors Dance, it almost worked but the vocals clashed a bit. Overall though mix is great so far!
Transition 6 into 7 felt a bit rushed
Kickstarts, nice. Always a good one. Don’t feel I need to say anything here, you already mentioned it above
Transition here was messy, but when Domination comes in full force, it’s awesome
Transition from 9-10 was great! Feels a bit, I don’t know how to say it, slow/not heavy to be right after Domination
Transition from 10-11 was sudden, went a totally different direction than I saw it going

The change into #13, it is a bit sudden when you’re listening for it, but I don’t think someone passively listening or even when listening live would have noticed
#14 came in perfectly, nice job, new to me, pretty good remix, good note to end onOverall, this is great man! Thanks for sharing it! That being said, a little over halfway into it I feel like the mix kind of loses it’s way. I feel like it bounces back and forth between slower/not-as-heavy tracks and real bangers a bit too suddenly/frequently towards the end of the mix. I really enjoyed it though! Keep stuff coming man, I’ll keep listening!
MemberFirst off, thank you soooo much for listening and doubly so for commenting. Thank you even more for the feedback. I’m glad you liked it, and I realize there were some rough spots, this is just the first mix I made that when I listened to it I thought “hey, that’s not half bad”. As for being “picky”, I really feel that’s something all of us new DJ’s should hear. It’s one thing to have your friends listen, then tell you it was good because they don’t any better. It’s another thing entirely to have another DJ say, “It’s good, but you need to work on this, this and this”. It’s that sort of thing that I feel I NEED to hear if I want to get any better. So again, thank you 1000 times. I’ll set up a mixcloud account as soon as I get off work. Do you by chance have anything at all I could check out? Maybe return the favor you’ve done me?
