yeh sorry thats my fault… first time I’ve used Your Listen and i accidentally turned downloads off when up loading as i’m used to soundcloud restricting anything you put on as a download for copyright…. i’ll try and work out how to change it later today

Thanks for the tips mate… yeh the MIK Mashup software isn’t the best but at only £15-£20 or something like that you get what you pay for i suppose.

    RE: Paul Tibbetts

cheers Paul… yeh its easy to pick up and a good buy if you don’t have any production software at all (like logic or ableton or FLstudio) and don’t want the expenditure.

there are a few frustrating things about it (on the mac version anyway) like there is no iTunes integration, its very difficult to cut up tracks without deleting small sections of them and also quite fiddly moving sections of track but once you get used to it its ok. there are no effects you can put on tracks other than adjusting the EQ’s and volume…. it should really be called “MIK pre-recorded-mix” because that is nearer what it allows you to do.

oh no it wasn’t my first attempt… songs might be in key but quite often they don’t fit together as whole songs very well…. that was probably my 4th attempt just the first one i would actually play out 🙂
