MemberUnfortunately I’m not big on cooking (c-c-c-c-combo breaker) but mainly because I still live at home and so my parents normally make the meals…I’m a full time student and work part-time to pay for going out with friends really

Saw him about a month ago, one of the best nights of my life. The bloke absolutely destroys it with some of his drops

MemberJust successfully won a eBay bid for a Numark mixtrack and DJIO soundcard for only AU$235 so I’m really happy. Can’t wait to pick it up and try it out…from the research I did mixtrack definitely looked like the best beginner controller

Not 100% sure on how hard they are but I’ve got a few mates who DJ fairly regularly at same of the bigger clubs in the city and they’ve never been scanned for piracy…most of the DJ’s I know pirate their music to at least some extent as well.

Wow, sounds like I need to get down there. Not sure how it is in Canberra (given that I’m not old enough to go clubbing yet) but it doesn’t seem like it’s gonna be that great here.I’d say there would be some good clubs, but yeah small population is gonna make it hard…Aston Shuffle are from Canberra so there must be some sort of house/electro scene.

MemberAvicii, Deadmau5, Afrojack and the SHM boys. I swear some of Avicii’s piano riffs could put a smile on any person’s face.

MemberWas out last night and the first thing me and my mates heard when we walked into the club was this massive dubstep drop. Really surprised me because the dj’s whole set (probably 30mins from after we got there) was all dubstep, first time i’d been to a club with a full dubstep set. As the night progressed however it obviously headed back into the main house/electro favourites but was still a really surprising and enjoyable warm up set.
I’m a big fan of the genre on a whole, although its important to understand the difference between dubstep and ‘brostep’ when talking about it.
