MemberYes, it should work just fine in TP2. Just bear in mind that it’s a simple 2-deck setup so there’s no sample deck or loop recorder functionality in there.

MemberGotcha.

But as he has the extended warranty why bother?

It was the same reasons for me as well. Plus, there weren’t the choices in affordable controllers with sound cards and touch-sensitive jogs when I got mine.
I still have my BCD3000, btw. I just haven’t got round to trying to sell it yet.

The Time I have spent in Charity Shops finding Absolute Gems could not be Counted 🙂
I Hope you find some Absolute Gems my Friend for your New Numark 😎I think these count as gems, don’t you? 😀

MemberThanks Emma. I couldn’t believe my luck with that turntable . I took my Mum over to Camberley on a whim to have a nose around the shops and saw a sign on the window of the BHF shop saying that they had HiFi equipment and said to Mum “I’ll have a quick look in there as I’m looking for a turntable” and there it was. Of course, now I’m going to have to spend my weekends scouring the charity shops for vinyl. 😀

To clarify further, the ones with the “tick” button (and also EQ kills instead of hot cue buttons) are the ones that come with Traktor, and the other ones are the VirtualDJ ones. I have a UK-model Mixtrack Pro and it has the same buttons as the Mixtrack as it comes with Traktor LE instead of VirtualDJ.

MemberI’ll have to kick this one over to one of the Windows users. I only use mine with a Mac so I can’t comment on latency with Windows.

MemberAre you using a PC or a Mac? I think that how well it performs depends on which you’re using. I know it works really well with CoreAudio on the Mac but on Windows you need to use ASIO4ALL.

MemberIt’s a special edition bundled with certain hardware. Version 2 is currently only available with the Pioneer DDJ-T1.

MemberI’d definitely recommend the Mixtrack Pro. Also, it’s one of the products that qualifies for the free upgrade to Traktor LE 2, which is a nice bonus.
