    Thanks for all the welcoming 🙂

    @djrizki
    I will but money doesn’t grow on trees 😉
    I don’t like buying the cheap macs. the price in relation to the hardware is scary! it gets better in the more expensive models, so I rather save up some money than beeing unhappy in the end.
    Also my windows setup works quite good 😉

    Even though I use Traktor Pro, I know enaugh other DJ’s who work with Serato.
    As always, both have advantages and disadvantages, but both are more than suitable for daily DJ work. As I haven’t worked very much with Serato, I can just say why I love my Traktor 🙂
    At first, I like the design and all of that. It sure is complicated for a beginner, as it was for me, but after a while, you just know how to handle all those things. Traktor might have a higher learning curve than Serato but rewards you for learning to work with it more. I’m perfectly sure that Serato could manage my DJing needs, but theres also the point of the flexibility of traktor. I could make a mapping for any kind of midi controller. I can’t do that with Serato. When you use Serato, you need to have the certified controllers. If you have those, good for you. A plus for Serato is that the jogwheel integration is said to be better than traktors, if you don’t get NI produced products. However, since I don’t need or have jogwheels, this is irrelevant to me.
    You see, it’s all about the expectations you have 😉
