I was wondering about the uninstall/reinstall thing. I think I will try it, and will post results to this thread. I want to be ready for Traktor’s next iteration, which I expect will be Windows 10 ready.
Service Packs (or SP’s) usually take years to develop for MS products. As you know, Windows 8 nor 8.1 had a Service Pack issued, yet they worked fine for running my Traktor program; although, some may argue that 8.1 was 8’s first Service Pack, it was in-fact a different version and is the reason MS skipped over Windows 9 and went right to 10. Further thinking about this, if I upgrade to a new PC in the next year or so, which I need to do, it will likely have 10 already, with no service pack ready for it yet, and I want to know that Traktor will perform reliably on it. I think it is a NI driver issue more at this point than a MS issue, but I posted this topic for feedback and thoughts on it.
