ParticipantWow thanks mate that’s the best feedback I’ve had.
I can’t wait to take it to the clubs and see how the punters react.
Thanks again Terry.

ParticipantGreat post, I’m with Daryl on using the cross fader. I like to cut the bass on the outgoing track and rip the bass up on the incoming track, I like that bug boom effect it causes and gives the audience notice that a new track is coming.

ParticipantHey Terry_42, oh wise one, can you please explain some more about this:
“use the fade out at the end of the song to bring in a break white noise sample with a double up delay to bring in any tempo song after it….”
I’d like to use this method.

ParticipantThe Pre Edit Remix of “Get Lucky” by Sgt. Slick is 124BPM and should be quick enough to keep the crowd pumped but still stay true to the original.

ParticipantCheers Terry_42, really appreciate it yet again. You’re giving me the confidence to get out there and entertain the punters!!

ParticipantI dig it!
I’m halfway thru the set and it’s going well.
Well done!

ParticipantCracking mix! Loved it!
Great tempo and energy throughout.
And being an Aussie I’m a massive fan of the Melbourne Sound.
Great job! What equipment do you use? What tools were used to do the mashup at the start?
Cheers.
Geezer.

ParticipantMy avatar is my new logo that I got a good mate to do for me. I’ve paid for his services because he’s a professional artist and I’m about giving credit where credit is due. I got a pucka designer and I’m ecstatic with his work. There’s more to do and it’s gonna get “rockier” (yes that IS a word), I’ll let you guys have a sneak peak when it’s ready to be unveiled.

ParticipantWow, gotta say thank you so much Terry! That’s the best feedback I’ve had for my mixes.
It’s humbling and gratifying to know I’m on the right track with this stuff, I love everything about it and only wanna get better and have a blast along the way.
There’s gonna be cock ups and trainwrecks along the way but that’s part of the process.
Thanks again.
JPtheGeezer
ParticipantYeah you’re right, thanks for that. Other than the volume on the 1st transition does everything else sound ok? Energy, flow?
JPtheGeezer
ParticipantHahaha!!!
Thanks Terry_42, I really appreciate your positive feedback.
