    Everything I have is digital. Never really experienced CDJing as I am just over a year into my endeavor and a broke college kid. I am continuously looking at upgrades as I get new gigs.

    The target audience is teenagers. Rural teenagers to be specific. They don’t like dubstep or house electro, they are very main stream and just like good hip/hop mixes. (Similar to what DJ Earworm provides.) And when I said live mixes, I just meant on the spot mixing, I know a few people who will spend hours at home making mash-ups to play when they DJ (I think that’s cheating).

    So with what I have to spend and what I am looking for, what is your opinion on what I should invest in? I have my first Prom DJ gig in a little over 4 weeks.
