    I have been dj’ing trance but quickly got bored with it, rap is my real love but I also know that its going to be totally different. There are lots of vocals for one and beatmatching is very different. I know one mixing technique would be a quick cut i’m sure there are others I just dont know them. Surely there are other techniques and that is where it seems like this is where its going to vary from trance very much.

    Yes some are adjustable like the bpm and the key column they don’t move

    In serato I have been in the setup tab under midi nothing is there and I have a supported controller so I don’t know how to map it I have a Vestax vci-300.can you help? Also with record box is it benificial if you don’t have a pioneer controller?

    I bought it a few years back, but don’t remember anything suggesting when to start a mix. Plus I can’t go back and watch it again because I don’t even remember the email and password i used then.

    So am I pretty much screwed since Vestax is out of business? or is there somewhere i can get that firmware upgrade?

    I have a dell inspiron 3520mitmis a I3 core. 4 gigs of ram….I’m using a novation twitch with the soundcard within and its doing different stuff when it happens.

    When I registered my copy of vdj it just went to that le but my le had a 10 minutes annoyance, so i ended up paying for a monthly subscription for 9.99 instead of buying it outright, i just really wish i could use this version of my mixtrack with serato

    Alright, I finally broke down and bought the monthly subscription to virtual dj but within the softeare i cant seem to cue up a track only in headphones…please help…I searched the forum and could not find a solution to my specific problem. I’m using a mixtrack3…..I just cant seem to cue up a song.Everything seems to keep going thru the main mix, i just cant listen to any track to preview in my cans. At first I thought it was because I had the wrong sound configuration, but no I have tried every single way….I have a behringer uca222 sound card that im using as well as the internal card on my lappy. I have tried selecting 2 sound cards, as well as a single card split in mono…and i cant get the cue only in my headphones, i tried adjusting the cues on my controller ….. dang man after 3 hours of dealing with im so frustrated….please can anyone help me!

    I downloaded the demo of mixvibes, there is not a mapping shown for mixtrack3, there is one for the mixtrack2 but it is locked….so back to square one…man im pissed i would of never bought this thing if i knew all this before…so i have a new dj controller that i cant even use
