Was there ever a solution for this?
I’ve been having the same issue with my NS6 and VDJ 7. I stopped using my NS6 for a while, and the issue doesn’t happen with any of my other controllers, but I sold my SB2 and would like to start using my NS6 again if I can get the issue resolved.
I did run it for three events on Saturday by using a separate sound card, the Traktor DJ Audio 2, and that worked fine, but obviously, I would prefer to not have to hook up an additional sound card in addition to the NS6.
What I found was most interesting was that if I rant the main output out of the Traktor card, and used the NS6 for my headphone output, I still had distorted crap sound in the Mains, even though the shouldn’t have been coming through the NS6 at all.
Also, I can confirm that the issue happens even at lower volumes, so it should not be a bass vibration related issue.
