Well, I roughly want to spend $400 on a mixer. I’ve concluded that a used Behringer DDM4000 is probably my best bet. Since, Mr. Morse mentioned Serato, I’ve been looking into it. I’m just not entirely sure about which to go.

I can pick up a Scratch Live 1 for roughly $300 or I can get an Audio 6 for $250 which I already have TSP2.

So with the mixer, SL1, Timecode Vinyls, and new headshells cartridges totals to roughly, $850.

Where as the mixer, Audio 6, Timecode Vinyls, and new headshells cartridges comes to, $800.

It’s give or take $50. But SL1 is outdated Audio 6 is the new hotness, at least for me. 😀

I’m partial to TSP2 more due to the fact of it’s versatility. I haven’t played around too much with Serato so I’m not entirely sure if that’s the best bet for me.

    Your thoughts?

I’m not intending to use Serato. I meant Traktor Audio 6 working with Traktor Scratch Pro 2. Because on the site TSP2 comes bundled with Audio 10 while Traktor Scratch Duo 2 is bundled with Audio 6. I have Scratch Pro 2 but do not have an Audio Interface.

With that said, which mixers would work completely with Traktor Scratch Pro 2?
