Started mixing Electronic / Bass music late 2010 as a hobby. Uploaded a few mixes under my real life name then decided in 2013 to create a DJ name (Jay D).
Currently using Serato DJ Software, a Pioneer DDJ-SX Mixer, KRK Rokit 8 Speakers and the Pioneer HDJ2000 Headphones. Did use a Logitech Sub-Woofer a while ago but my neighbour got pissed off with the constant wobbles on our semi-detached walls so packed it away.
Everything is self-taught, never had any lessons. Very open minded to all sorts of music so hit me up if you got any decent tracks youâre into or you have produced. As long as they have a lot of that low frequency, I am all for it!
Favourite Genres would have to be Dubstep and Drum and Bass.
