ParticipantNot surprised. Not to mention it’ll be easier when every single person on the planet isn’t trying to download it at the same time -_-

ParticipantMy *next* DJ software is The One DJ, because it is amazing XD I love the flexibility, live editing, possibilities with effects routing, the Ableton-esque MIDI mapping, unlimited decks (lots of samples!!!), etc. It has so much potential and I just love it!

ParticipantDoes anyone know where to find a list of supported controllers?
Jake Robinson
ParticipantNo MIDI out is a huge bummer, but, to be quite honest, this thing looks pretty awesome. I’ve been reading through the Features section, and for 60 bucks, I’m certainly picking this up soon.

Guess if this thing work with Ipad, why in the world we want the Z1, while we can get this all-in-one solution right out of the box ?price 😛 not everyone can afford the S4 or S2

ParticipantI don’t have an S4 yet, but when I buy one, it’s gonna be the new one. No, it’s not that different, but it looks sweet and I can’t wait. 🙂

ParticipantReloop Beatmix. I’ve never heard too many bad things about Reloop controllers, and it looks pretty perfect for Virtual DJ, if you ask me. Then again, nobody did 😉

ParticipantThanks 😀 I really appreciate it 🙂

ParticipantI second Terry_42. I don’t own a F1 (yet), but I plan on getting one. Other controllers will work, but they pale in comparison, IMHO.

Participantmakes sense. i appreciate it 🙂 and while you mention it, do you know of a bag big enough to (semi-) conveniently carry the S4…?

ParticipantMIDI Fighter Spectra, pad controllers from Akai, Livid Base (not cheap), Allen & Heath Xone:K2, Behringer CMD-DC1, Behringer CMD-LC1

ParticipantMy new software is Ableton Live 9. It allows me to completely customize my tracks, effects, loops, etc. It has all the flexibility of a DAW with the functionality and fluidity I need to DJ.

ParticipantAs far as I know, you’ll need either a Traktor audio interface, or a Traktr Scratch Certified mixer (http://www.native-instruments.com/index.php?id=tscratchcertified&L=1). Then, of course, there’s the timecode vinyl and the software itself. Other than that, I think you’re set. And by the way, it’s really cool to see more digital DJ’s interested in timecode. That’s where I started. 😀 Purely out of curiosity, what controller(s) are you using now?

I can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic 😉 haha in case you aren’t, yes, yes I do. 😀

Also if you are a hot cue aholic, the F1’s give you 16 big buttons (2 x 8 hot cues).
Also I don’t know if it matters to you or not, but when you look at NI gear next to each other, it all matches and looks nice. Never thought of this until I put my F1 next to my S2 and they look sexy.
But then again I am biased because I have had such a good experience with NI products.
Believe me, I’ve noticed haha I’ve tried the F1 and S4, as well as the X1, together at my local guitar center, and they look great 😀 Thanks guys! By the way, how does the transition between Remix Deck HID mode and MIDI mode work on the F1? I have a Maschine Mikro, and it’s super simple on that. Is the F1 similar?
