my first gig earning was $50 for a wedding after party. It last for 2 hours. Excluding the wedding program. As I worked also on the songs played during wedding ceremony program.

My DJ software is Serato DJ, and this is why: Having the glitch to test different DJ Softwares although on my gigs, I always have Virtual DJ as my backup. I am currently practicing on Traktor Pro 2 as well. So whenever I visit some of my DJ friends, and didn’t bring my Gig Machine, I am able to play on any dj software available. 😀

I used Serato DJ on a wedding gig, what I did was to play a mixtape while eating because of no autoplay functionality. 😀
