    Well I paid $200 for a secondhand toshiba windows 7 laptop 4 g ram 500 gb of space and haven’t had any issues ever I do plan on getting a MacBook Pro eventually

    Well I had a Pioneer SB sold it and upgraded to the SR controller no experience with the MP2 but we both carry built in soundcards so there shouldn’t be much of a difference but anyway I use av40 monitors and I just use my Rca cables from my controller output to my monitors and USB to laptop and play never needed an additional soundcard, just my piece of mind, cheers!!

    oh yah I love my SR I just upgraded from my SB couple months ago and I love it!! the knobs are amazing considering there metal and have a nice rubber feel to them and the pad plus mode is pretty fun aswell!! definitely worth the penny!

    well I just had an sb sold it and bought the sr just wanted to upgrade no issues with it ever was great to pick up on anyhow, all I ever needed was dual rca going from the controller plugged into the back of my monitors and worked perfectly fine, im sure im not much help here unfortunately brother but what kind of speakers do you have?

    of course you can but it will be an rca to 1/8 jack cable but really this all you have to do, usb to laptop, have your double ended RCA cables in the back of the speakers and the other end plugged into the controller and that’s it brother, just press play and enjoy!!

    Yeah exactly what Terry said, I recently just upgraded from the SB to the SR and I use the M audio av40s and there pretty good from there you’ll just need those rca cables

    Well you should have a control knob just like a volume knob, sounds like you have it in the middle if you adjust it to full cue you will only here what you have cued make sure one track is cued, hope that helps you!!
