    controller new so i do not know. i think may be it my phone cables. i read that ervo has trs outs . may bi i ned to use stereo cables(trs) instread of phone once that they use for guitars?

    Thanks i was not able to wait till your answer and i got Pioneer ergo. I started to use it with virt dj, but i find it kind of limited. may be intro serato will be a bit better.

    Respectable store sells it, with 30 days ret. guarantee. i guess that is why the price is so good. and another thing with denon how much those wings to mound it to 19 ” rack . any ideas? basicaly its a a hardware without any thing else. This is my thirst controller and i am little nervous . I am a mobile dj thinking to simplyfy my life and my carry bay lighter.

    well cdjs bulky and no so good for carrying it with me all the time plus price for a pair would be significant .Unless you are talking about mountable dual cd player.
