    … now the One Core Version is available… Same Problem!
    Can´t understand why they´ve built such a high Quality product – highly costumisable and with so many Options – and then miss such an important Feature, which is available in any other Software?!?

    I checked the demo and it was very intresting to me, but there seem to be no MIDI-out. MIDI-mapping works like in ableton… but it wasen´t possible to me to map any out, so that a button that has been pushed is lighted. I´m using Traktor with a VCI-400 and two Stanton CMP-800 and I love to map them so, that I don´t have to touch the Laptop. And I like to get as much visual Feedback from my Controller as possible.
    Don´t think that they´ve missed such an important option…

    First I´ve used a PA system for monitoring while I was DJing… so sound was very rubbish but “clublike”… Then I´ve bought some Behringer MS40 (which were specified as studio monitors, but user experience say: better computer monitors)… For me and my experience a hell of a difference… After moving to a flat I`ve needed two pairs. So I bought ESI near05 for producing which are even more better then the behringer…

    Whats important, when it comes to practice DJing with monitor speakers, is that you hear everything BUT… the bass is very low… and in club usally the bass is pushed to his limits 😀 So I like the behringer MS40 for practicing, because they´ve got a lil EQ on the front, so you can push the bass and hear how the track will work in the club… 😀

    Okay! THX for the answer.

    I´m now using a Yamaha audiogram 3 usb audio interface together with this laptop:

    And when I´m producing and I hit the play button the sound is stumbling… Is this in cause of my laptop or my audio device?

    Ahhhhh! 😀 THX

    I´ve been lokking for a new audio interface and wanna spend less than 300€. It should be an USB interface but firewire should be also okay. I want to use it for prodution. So what should I concentrate on, which features are important?

    So this is my setup…

    First my costumized VCI-400. Put a special skin and chroma caps (THX DJTT) on it… 😉


    This is my first Booth… Here I´m producing my bootlegs and practice djing:

    I moved to a smaller flat… so I´ve had to split my setup into a DJ-Booth for practicing and a little production corner 😀

    All I know is that these MIDI IN/OUT connections are older… There was a time (long ago) there wasen´t any USB-standard. In that time MIDI-Keyboards and Synth´s were connected via these MIDI IN/OUT.

    I think, with the S4 its possible to root the MIDI-signal thru those ports… So you don´t have to root it via USB… But in this case you need those MIDI-I/O-Ports in your soundcard…

    I´m using the internet explorer :3
    And its only with the DDT-Blog and mostly the first entry… I open the site and it freezes and I have to reload…

    😀 Yeah u´re right… but its so difficult to find a nice camera-position… but THX for leavin feedback 🙂 I want to let people know what I´m doin, without “meming” anythin or so 🙂
