    That is an easy one. People which have good taste in music, can channel that deep compulsion to play music aloud in their job as a DJ.
    Those who do not have good taste in music don’t have this opportunity to relief this compulsion, so they play music aloud via personal/car/home stereo.

    Yeah indeed, we didn’t care about genres, we played everything people could dance too. It didn’t had to be the latest and newest tunes. Rock, Pop, Soul from the 60’s everything had a place in a single DJ-Set.
