I have tried everything I can to record on Traktor but I can’t find the solution. This feels like me an Traktor are breaking up but we still have the occasional sex when its time for business haha

    I was attempting to answer a question for somebody yesterday on Traktor Pro 2; and I realised I had in fact Uninstalled it from my Laptop; so don’t feel Too Down my Friend; I hear VDJ 7 Pro is Excellent; and working within an Environment you are Familar with and Appreciate is Always a Good Thing when you are Developing Your Skills 🙂

    D-Jam, post: 3546 wrote: I agree with you Emma…but it’s still sad how many female DJs are pushing “hot babe in the booth” over anything.

    Maybe in their eyes they figure they would milk things for what they can get, then hopefully marry a trust fund baby and be a “trophy wife”.

    I unfortunately think that this won’t change, as we see even the guys now falling into the Music Industry aspect of this. So we’re going to see more men and women seemingly tossing their body image, fashion, and looks into the priorities bin when seeking out to be a “bigger DJ”.

    Yes; this is a Great Shame D-Jam; as although I Respect that you Wrote the above Article (and were talking the ‘Truth’); the Fact that DJ’s Need ‘A Face/Image’ as part of their ‘Selling Point’; is Quite Appaling; as not all Men/Women can ‘Look Good’; Make Up Artists can do Great Jobs; but a ‘Make Over’ doesn’t last long; and it is Unfortunate but True that some Men/Women look like they would be More Comfortable in a Cave than Human Society; but this Shouldn’t mean that their ‘Skills’ are Denied to the Public; when Dance Music Exploded in the Late ’80’s it was ‘All About The Sound’; and ‘Looks/Image’ had nothing to do with it; Carl Cox (Lovely Man) would be a Case in Point; ‘Britains Got Talent’ or whatever it is would throw him out on the First Round; as Simon Carrol ‘Attempted’ to do with Susan Boyle; and How Wrong was he (I am Pleased to say :));
    But anyway; I digress 🙂 …..

    I just finished going through two 30 min demo sessions with the Traktor demo (which I’m perfectly happy for the time being. I will buy it soon though!) The more I mix songs together, the more I fall in love with this!!!! Slowly but surely i’m learning my tracks inside and out and i’m starting to feel which ones go good together.

    Current mood: 😀

    This is Excellent Mike 🙂 🙂
    It is that ‘Inner Feeling’ that DJ’ing Gives Us that we just Can’t Get Anywhere Else; that tells us whether this is ‘For Us Or Not’; and you have that ‘Feeling’; and this is All That Matters; Everything Else will come Naturally from now on 😎

    Michael Fuchs, post: 3497 wrote: Emma, I really give you a lot of credit for continuing this art despite the additional challenges you must endure. I have OCD and my main obsession was sanitation, so I actually pretty much gave up with fighting it for awhile and ate very little, losing wayy too much weight. I fixed that problem and luckily I don’t have any other things like that that affect my daily activity too much. Sorry went on a tangent there. But what I am trying to say is off topic but here it is: I can appreciate how much you love to DJ and how much effort you are willing to put into it. You give DJ’s a good name, especially female DJ’s. You appear to be a very strong individual and I admire your passion. I know i’m ranting here but it just strikes me as impressive that you continue with it despite the troubles of setting up and even mixing. Great job, keep it up!!

    Thank You Michael; You are Very Kind 🙂
    This evening I was Feeling Absolutely Shattered; and Really Bored; but someone I have been Collaborating with in Miami recently contacted me again regarding a particular Track he had Composed; that I have already brought from Dire and Lifeless to Vibrant and Exciting Twice already (Including Mastereing it); had decided to Write a New Bassline for it; so I was asked if I could do my ‘Magic’ again; and Master it for the Third Time;
    However; having been Struggling with Mixing and my Own Composition for the past week; I took up the ‘Gauntlet’ and jumped in :); and within 3 Hours I had not only Created an even Better Track than I had before; I Mastered it as well;
    And he Loved It; so it it is going out on Bandcamp on Tuesday under our Collaborative Name;
    So it was a Cool Night after all; and I should be able to Rest a little Easier tonight 🙂
    I am So Pleased to hear that you are Coping with your OCD in a More Effective Manner; though I have Complete Understanding that this Condition Never Really Goes Away; but Our Own Acceptance of it gives us a Fighting Chance
