I was going to just Get Out Of This Thread as my sole Purpose here is to Help Tony;
And I Don’t Own a Mixtrack Pro; however; Tony asks a Question; I Answer it; I can’t see the Problem;
However; before I go; I would like to Quote ‘mr Stifffy’ in an Earlier Post:

mixtrack pro contains a sound card but with only OUTPUTS

So; if Tony Needs a Sound Card ‘With’ Inputs’; it looks like a Sound Card other than the one Built In to the Mixtrack Pro would be Appropriate; however; it is Tony’s Money; and Tony’s Set-Up; He Knows What He Needs; I Don’t

Yes; it will Always mean using another Monitor Unfortunately (but then Vlamyr may have one – or he may have a Laptop like my Old One that only had one USB Port and an Internet Connection but Nothing Else :));

I am also a Sound Engineer; and having worked with Live Bands over a period of Years; it just comes Naturally to me that with DJ’ing; Sound is also As Important (if not More So in my Opinion);
However; I am Definitely with Phil on the ‘Ropey’ 192kbs MP3; if i can ‘Clean’ it up (and there is No Other Way of Obtaining a Better Quality Copy); I will Happily play it 🙂

No; unless I was actually Selling my Own Product I can’t see the Point;
The System I use is Excellent for me and gives me ‘All The Information I Need’ at a Simple Glance
