Terry, i understand where you’re coming from, sound cloud definitely didn’t help but i noticed a bit of BANG missing in the mix. When listening to the original tracks it’s there so its obviously recording/mastering problem on my end. I pretty much just recorded straight through traktor and uploaded it without messing around with any settings or mastering it post mix. This is definitely something ill look into to get my sound as good as it can be. I’ve got a feeling i read an article somewhere on ddjtips ages back that explained using audacity and tweaking traktor gains to get the best sounding recording so ill check that out.
