Memberhow does it feel for scratching, the vci wheels seem a lil small and the ns7 too bulky.. but i have big hands and long fingers and do alot of scratching.. but packing up and carrying all my gear around is gettin to be a pain in the ass

Memberi used to have the very same vestax…had if for years .. modded it with ecclectic breaks pro x fade… then got my ttm56 (which i worship) good job on the vestax… its seriously one of the finest battle mixers ever built

Memberyou have to use the AKAI editor to make sure none of your note or cc # are the same, then map them to the different functions in ableton

MemberIf you want to slam in a lower BPM track, then the best thing to do is either drop it on the one, or use some sort of effects transition..auto sync is for BPM mixing. There is no rule of dj’in that says you cant drop a slower track, but it has to be done right or you’ll be screwed and it will sound off

Memberi’m loving it but the opening cuts over the vocals thru me homie. id’ love to hear more cuts but they need to be placed right, and when i think back on some of the illest mix tapes i’ve ever heard, they all had one thing in common, name drops, get em on there skillet. do you and cut the guts outta it. the track selection is ill but try gettn technical on some of the blends
