Although in my profile pic I look 5. I am actually 37 and started in march of this year. Still working at it. Just recording mixes. So many mixes. Pretty much breakbeat exclusively but i play a little dubstep and throw a hip hop track in there. I like a lot of bass. I would love to play out but I dont see that happening any time soon. My short term goal right now is to get a few hours once a week on an online breaks station.

I love my NS7 I had a Hercules dj4set for about a month before i bought the ns7. I wish I would have started on the ns7 but I wanted an entry level controller first before i drooped a lot of money on a professional controller. The dj4set was fine to get the feel of djing. I used it almost daily for hours. I was hooked and found myself shopping for something better. My personal opinion is that the ns7 is the best controller you can buy. I picked mine up used for a little under $800. I would not trade it for 2 cdj 1000’s and a mixer. But i would trade it for two 1200’s and about 5000 breakbeat records.
