    I almost bought one of those a few years ago. Purchased an EVO IX MR instead.
    Made a few modifications and now I’m too broke to buy that rotary mixer that I’ve always wanted. 🙁

    Don’t know what your budget is, but here’s my suggestion, Traktor Pro with an Audio 2 sound card and a Kontrol X1. There’s no mixer in this setup, however, if you’re playing out, this setup will work well with any club mixer.

    I use two also along with a Traktor Certified mixer. For me this is the perfect system that allows full control of Trakto Pro, while still allowing turntables or CDJs if necessary.
    I have found that the Kontrol X1s are, for me, just the right size (I don’t need jog wheels), easy to use and the fact that’s made by NI for TP is a huge plus.

    I loaned my first mixtape out to a “friend” and never saw it again. 😡
    That was late ’83. I kick myself everytime I think about it. I do , however, have a couple left from about ’87 lying around. Those I digitized and uploaded to my domain. Just in case anyone wants a laugh.

    The way you specify it is in the settings panel where you setup what you want shown on the track deck.
    I dont have Tpro infront of me at the mo but it looks like a big grid of drop down boxes, probably in deck preferences. Just drop down the BPM list and select stable BPM.

    “Stable BPM” is that for tracks that were not BPM’d prior to being added to TP?
    (Look’s like I’m going to need the new Traktor Bible)

    One word:
    Unprofessional!
    We as DJ’s get crazy, whack, lame requests all night, every night we play. Most of us (I would hope) just politely smile and keep doing our thing. But to stop the music and put someone on blast?! 😮
    It’s not like she touched his equipment or tried to yank on a cord.

    But since it’s Kid Capri I guess he can get away with such behavior.

    So I take it that in four deck mode, a second Kontrol X1 will control decks C & D them same as decks A & B?
