    UPDATE:
Reinstalled TP2.1.1, and allowed TP2.1.1 import my settings from 2.0.3.
I’ve been playing for the last couple of hours and so far so good.

Crashed on me while attempting to adjust the audio latency in the Audio Setup section in the Preferences box.
    😡

Reinstalling, hope to get past that.

The way Traktor measures latency and the way the display shows it is completely different in 2 so you’ll see more movement in the meters than you did in 1.2.7, that’s normal.

Ok, mine is set at 11.6. I was just wondering if I needed to kick it up a tad.
    Thanks 😎

    UPDATE!
I think I may have solved my problem. I just finished a stress test (all four decks playing looped track and effects
going while opening and closing the Preferences box) and NO problems!

What I did was to clompletely uninstall Traktor Pro 2 (I didn’t touch Traktor Pro 1.2.7) and then deleted all of the Traktor
Pro 2 folders. Reinstalled Traktor Pro 2, only this time, I didn’t allow Traktor to import my settings from TP 1.2.7.
Scanned all of my music folders, shut down Traktor to save my preferences.
    Whew!

Chris Jennings, post: 7546 wrote: I have not had this problem either. I’m also using 2 X1’s and a DNX1600.

Just curious, what is your latency setting ? I didn’t notice any clicks, popping or drop-outs when I was testing, but
Traktor’s CPU indicator seemed a bit higher than what I’m used to.

    Update.
Someone on the DJTechTools forum suggested that I “trash” mt preferences file. Anyone else have any thoughts?
Also, where do I find the Preference files?

I hope so, however, from what I’ve heard, Native Instruments isn’t known for their quick customer support. 🙁

In the mean while version 1.2.7 is fine so I’ll keep using that. 😎

I sent an email to NI’s Technical Support shortly after I posted here. Hopefully I hear back from them with a way to resolve this soon.

I do not understand that, I have had mine for 4-5 years now playing every weekend and I have never broke mine.

The first pair of HP-1000s that I owned broke right above the swivel joint. The plastic is weakest there. Learned from that mistake and made sure that I handled them better.
Subsequent pairs have died due to the cord shorting out right above the plug. 😡

If you want a pair of headphones that lasts I do think you should go for the Senhiser HD25 as they are proven to hold.

Looks like I’m still undecided. 🙁
