ParticipantAsides from pulling out their private comments, which I’m trying hard to resist to comment on it,
Get the crowd to sing along with you, its always work best for me to build up energy, ya know, for example, I spinned Titanium, right before the lyric “I am titanium…!” I lower down my volume, and I screamed the lyric and usually get the crowd to do the same too, good times !Lamid45G

Hope ya enjoy the ride 😎October 9, 2013 at 1:35 am in reply to: Making a decision between a few specific controllers… #45078Lamid45G
ParticipantMy 2 cents into this is, if you think with Traktor your laptop can’t handle it, why you think would it be any different with the Novation and Denon ? ALL those controller you mentioned, IS using a software same thing just like the Traktor,
My suggestion maybe to fix your laptop first, make sure it can handle ANY DJing software (the big 4 anyway) then you can go from thereLamid45G
ParticipantThe AKG Tiesto series is pretty good in the isolation department,
The budgeted version is the AKG K167, ish kind of lack of bass…
The higher end version is the AKG K267, it came with the “switchable” bass modeLamid45G
ParticipantMe and my old lady, we used to live together, but I was addicted to this online-gaming
The end result ? She kicked me out after around a year or so …
But ya know I realized later on , I don’t really cared much about that ho’ anyway (lol)Lamid45G

This is an exercise in marketing and it comes from America. But cast your minds back and this is simply history repeating itself. Back in the 90’s The Prodigy happened, and when they happened and sold records by the truck load the US record industry had no clue how to package and neatly display a band that was the complete opposite of that concept, and so the word “electronica” was born and applied. We Brits scratched our heads and wondered what the hell you were on about. Electronica as a term simply didn’t make sense and was ignored.HAHAHAHAHAH, so true, “The Fat of the Land” explosion !

ParticipantLOL @ Daryl,
I never really grab the concept whats the difference for THEM, the rave and the techno musicLamid45G
ParticipantBack in the days, there are a LOT of confusion to named those kind of “genre”, some people referred to it as “electronic music”, and theres this trend where most americans called it “techno” music (to named them PVD tunes, darude tunes, etc), it gives me a headache, lol
