ParticipantJust one question,
Do you know how to MANUALLY beatmatch ?
Lamid45G
ParticipantStick with the private parties more, more and more in the beginning, that way you can get up close and personal with your crowds (passed around business cards, and demo cd freely)Its more fun that way, club these days it involves too many politics, so I wont really that in a hurry to jump on that wagon, take it slow

ParticipantAbleton is great for a starter inspring producers,
I found the FL Studio too alienated for my taste, and it dont give me a full fredoom

ParticipantA little bit update,
I finally went ahead get a pair of Monkey Banana Turbo6, a 6 incher (tryed to look for the review of it on this site, cant find em)
I tryed em both first before the purchase, its nice balanced out sound for EDM type, its super clear for non EDM type, and kind of let down when i blast Trap, the bass is mehWill try this soon enough in the studio DJ environment

ParticipantDenon is built like a tank, is heavy duty, thus make them heavy (not all plastic made)
Not sure about how heavy is the Mixtrack Pro II, but it has been praised a lot as THE entry level controllerLamid45G
Participant“But if i were to mix Two Songs ,one of them being “6A” and another Being “6B”, They wouldn’t mix perfectly because their bpm’s are different . Can You Tell Me What Im Doing Wrong ???”
@michael: what are those two bpm’s at ? If its one song at 128bpm and the other one is at 100 bpm, yeah you would had some problem,
The rule of thumb for bpm is +/- 10 bpm between two songs, unless if its divisible by factor of 2, or multiply by factor of 2 then its ok too…Song A @ 120 bpm
Song B @ 130 bpm
The difference is +/- 10 bpm, dats okSong A @ 70 bpm
Song B @ 140 bpm
Divisible / multiply by factor 2, its fine tooOctober 18, 2013 at 3:09 am in reply to: Hello everyone new to everything except the music offcourse!! #1014637Lamid45G
